Assemble and board the bus at Nairobi CBD opposite International House at 3:45 AM, departing at 4:00 AM. Arrive at the starting point by 6:15 AM, with the hike commencing at 6:40 AM. The turn-back time is 1:30 PM, and departure for Nairobi is at 6:00 PM.
